- Has knowledge/experience with HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
- Can work flexible/rotational hours between 7am and 6pm.
- Can prioritize scheduled calls with ease
- Can connect the correct service expert with the appropriate call
- Minimizes travel time between customer and Rowell's expert as much as possible
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is detail oriented
- Is computer savvy/tech literate
- Is willing to learn, is resourceful and is able to work with little supervision
- Is self motivated and willing to work as part of a team
